Job Description
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of visual communication to a variety of print and digital design projects.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Conceptualization
- Develop engaging visual concepts, mockups, and layouts.
- Visualize ideas using sketches, illustrations, and digital tools.
Apparel & Pattern Design
- Create custom sports jerseys and textile patterns.
- Ensure brand-accurate placement of logos, typography, and color schemes.
- Generate production-ready files and design mockups for manufacturers.
Client Communication
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences.
- Present design drafts, collect feedback, and make revisions.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication throughout each project.
Marketing & Promotional Materials
- Design banners, posters, and ad creatives for web, print, and social media.
- Adapt designs for various promotional platforms and campaigns.
Brand Identity Support
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs.
- Assist in logo development, typography choices, and brand asset creation.
File Management & Production
- Deliver high-quality, print-ready and web-optimized files.
- Liaise with print vendors to ensure final product quality.
Project & Time Management
- Manage multiple design projects under tight deadlines.
- Keep organized records of drafts, revisions, and final assets.
Required Skills
- CorelDRAW
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
Preferred Experience in: Apparel design, mockup creation, client interaction, and print file preparation.
Educational Qualification
- UG: Graduation not required
