About the Role:
upGrad is hiring a Beat Trainer (DTH) for their telecom division. The ideal candidate will serve as an Assistant Manager responsible for delivering effective training programs, primarily focused on DTH and telecom sales and retail training. This role requires local and outstation travel to customer premises and modern trade stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct T3 training for newly hired trainers
- Facilitate learning sessions and evaluate trainer performance
- Plan and execute NHIPs and other training programs across PAN India
- Conduct market visits to drive process improvement
- Deliver client KPI goals as agreed
- Train ISDs (Promoters) at modern trade outlets like Croma, Vijay Sales, and Great Eastern
- Prepare review decks and dashboards
- Maintain the training database for the line of business
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Graduate (preferably BE/B.Tech) or minimum 2 years diploma after 12th pass
- 1-2+ years of experience in training, preferably in DTH or telecom sales/retail training
- Comfortable with classroom, online, and field training modes
- Willingness to travel locally and outstation
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage a team of 15-20 participants during training sessions
