Job Description:
We are urgently hiring Customer Care Executives for BPO Convergence in Noida. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and be comfortable handling inbound customer calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer service calls
- Resolve customer queries efficiently
- Provide excellent customer support and service
- Maintain call quality and adhere to company guidelines
Requirements:
- Qualification: Intermediate (Graduation not required)
- Fluent in English
- Good communication and call handling skills
- Previous experience in BPO or customer support is a plus but not mandatory
