Job Description:

We are urgently hiring Customer Care Executives for BPO Convergence in Noida. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and be comfortable handling inbound customer calls.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer service calls
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer support and service
  • Maintain call quality and adhere to company guidelines

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Intermediate (Graduation not required)
  • Fluent in English
  • Good communication and call handling skills
  • Previous experience in BPO or customer support is a plus but not mandatory
