Job Description

Amazon, one of the world’s largest e-commerce platforms, is offering an exciting opportunity for Customer Support Executives (VCS – Voice Customer Support) in a work-from-home role. This role is exclusively available to candidates residing in Delhi. If you’re passionate about customer service and looking for a remote job with a global leader, this is your chance!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via voice interactions.
  • Assist customers with their queries and ensure satisfaction.
  • Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Adapt to night shifts and flexible weekly offs as per business requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum Qualification: 10+2 (12th pass); Graduates/Post-graduates are also eligible.
  • Fresher candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Prior BPO experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills in English are essential.
  • Comfortable working in night shifts.
  • Must be willing to adhere to a flexible schedule and work in rotational week-offs.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: ₹3.64 LPA to ₹4.33 LPA
  • Additional Benefits:
    • Zeta Meal Card: ₹1,100/month (₹13,200/year)
    • Internet Allowance: ₹1,250/month (₹15,000/year)
    • Health Insurance: Coverage up to ₹5.0 Lacs
    • Night Shift Allowance: ₹150/shift
    • Overtime: Paid as per business needs.
    • 5-day working week, with 2 consecutive days off.
