Job Description:
Wipro is hiring for a premium international client for its UK Voice Process. This role involves managing international customer service through voice support, ensuring timely resolutions, and maintaining service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle international (UK) voice-based customer queries
- Follow structured processes and apply basic judgment in deviations
- Work on tools like MS Office (especially Excel)
- Provide support services within Aviva brand guidelines
- Identify service/process improvement opportunities
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems
- Participate in audit management, reporting, and escalation handling
- Adhere to compliance requirements
Preferred Skills:
- International Voice Process
- Customer Support & Inbound Voice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and process-oriented thinking
- Familiarity with Insurance or Retirement industry (preferred for experienced candidates)
- MS Office proficiency
- Quality and Project management understanding
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Any graduate (Tech/Non-Tech)
- Note: BE/B.Tech/MBA candidates must have minimum 6 months of international voice experience
