Job Summary
Wipro is hiring for a premium client for the role of Associate – International Voice Process (UK). Ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle international (UK) voice-based customer service processes
- Respond to customer queries via voice with professionalism and clarity
- Maintain service quality and ensure accurate customer records
- Collaborate with internal teams for process improvement
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, escalating when necessary
- Generate and manage statutory and scheduled reports
- Participate in audits and adhere to compliance requirements
- Provide feedback and support to improve customer satisfaction
Preferred Skills
- International Voice Process experience (US/UK preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Process-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Project & quality management experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Insurance Industry is a plus
Education Requirements
- Graduate (Tech/Non-Tech background)
- BE/B.Tech/MBA graduates must have minimum 6 months of international voice experience
