Job Details:
- Position: Picker & Packer, Auditor, Putter, Dispatcher, Sorter, Loader, Unloader
- Work Type: Warehouse Operations
- Working Hours: 9 hours + Overtime
- Shifts:
- Morning: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Evening: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM
- Weekly Off: Sunday
- Salary Package:
- In-Hand Salary: ₹12,400 per month + PF, ESIC
- Outstation Bonus: ₹2,000
- Attendance Bonus: ₹875
- Leave Encashment: ₹1,200
- Night Shift Bonus: ₹100 per night
- Incentives: Up to ₹5,000
- Total Salary (Including Overtime): ₹18,000 to ₹25,000
- Overtime Rate: ₹120 per hour
