Job Description

Join Altruist Technologies as a Customer Care Executive for the BFL (Bajaj Finance Ltd.) voice process. Open to 12th pass candidates – freshers and experienced both can apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls
  • Resolve customer queries and issues related to Bajaj Finance products
  • Maintain accurate call logs and records
  • Follow compliance and quality parameters
