Job Description:
Kotak Life Insurance is hiring experienced Trainers to lead the learning and development initiatives for its sales teams. The selected candidates will play a key role in designing, executing, and delivering impactful training programs aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage training and development for mapped employees and the assigned cluster.
- Ensure optimal training coverage to support targeted sales and product mix outcomes.
- Plan monthly training calendars and ensure timely execution based on team needs and strategic agendas.
- Deliver sales and insurance-related training modules effectively.
Educational Requirements:
- UG: Any Graduate
- PG: Any Postgraduate
