Job Description:

Job Summary:
The Customer Service Desk Team Member is responsible for providing excellent customer service by handling inquiries, complaints, returns, exchanges, and other front-desk duties. As the first point of contact for customers, you will work to ensure customer satisfaction and a positive store experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers at the customer service desk in a polite and courteous manner.
  • Address customer complaints, queries, and feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Process product returns, exchanges, and refunds according to store policy.
  • Coordinate with various store departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions.
  • Issue loyalty cards, gift vouchers, and assist with warranty-related inquiries.
  • Provide support during peak hours at the cash counter.
  • Handle lost and found items, parcel drop-offs, or pickups as needed.
  • Maintain a well-organized, clean, and stocked customer service desk.
  • Stay updated on store promotions, policies, and procedures.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12th pass; a diploma or degree is preferred.
  • 0-2 years of experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-oriented, patient, and polite demeanor.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.

Work Environment:

  • This is a store-based, customer-facing role.
  • The position may require shift work, including weekends and public holidays.
