Job Description:
Astute is urgently hiring Customer Service Executives for its Loan Recovery & Collection Voice Process at Kothrud, Pune. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound/inbound calls for loan recovery and collections
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding payment solutions
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records
- Ensure follow-ups and achieve collection targets
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th Pass)
- Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply
- Good verbal communication in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English
- Immediate joiners preferred
Salary Structure:
- Freshers: Up to ₹11,000 in-hand + Incentives
- Experienced: Up to ₹16,000 in-hand + Incentives
- Other Benefits: Rotational week offs
