Position: Customer Support Executive (Intern)

Digifills Pvt Ltd, a growing hyperlocal digital marketing company in Chennai, is looking for enthusiastic and motivated female candidates to join as Customer Support Executives (Interns).
Role & Responsibilities:
- Interact with team and clients to manage communications and updates
- Update text, images, and videos on business social media profiles
- Respond to client/customer comments on social platforms
- Maintain and organize internal company data
- Perform data entry and customer follow-ups
- Handle collection calls and client coordination
- Submit regular client reports and ensure project follow-ups
Desired Candidate Profile:
- UG/PG – Any specialization (Freshers welcome)
- Good communication in Tamil; English is an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills
- Basic computer knowledge and accurate typing
- Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus
- Committed to team goals and timely project delivery
