Salary & Benefits:
- Base Salary (In-Hand): ₹11,200 for 8 Hours
- Night Allowance: ₹100 per night
- Attendance Award: ₹4,000
- Loyalty Bonus: ₹5,000 (After 6 Months)
- Overtime: ₹123/hour
- Total In-Hand (Including All): Up to ₹16,500+
