Position Overview
We are seeking Graphic Designers to bring creativity, precision, and innovation to our print and digital design needs. From jersey mockups to promotional banners, this role covers a wide range of projects that require both artistic skill and technical accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Concept & Mockup Design
- Develop original design concepts and prototypes.
- Translate ideas into visually compelling layouts and drafts.
Jersey & Pattern Design
- Design custom apparel including sports jerseys and textile patterns.
- Ensure brand-aligned use of color, typography, and logo placement.
- Prepare manufacturer-ready files and detailed mockups.
Client Communication
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and vision.
- Share drafts, incorporate feedback, and finalize designs.
Promotional & Banner Design
- Create banners, posters, and advertisements for online and offline use.
- Adapt graphics for use across platforms like social media, web, and print.
Brand Identity
- Maintain visual consistency across all branding efforts.
- Support logo design, typography selection, and identity system development.
Production & File Management
- Deliver print-ready and web-optimized design assets.
- Coordinate with vendors or printers to ensure high production standards.
Project & Time Management
- Juggle multiple design projects under tight deadlines.
- Keep track of design drafts, revisions, and approvals.
Skills Required
- Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Strong design fundamentals: layout, color theory, typography
- Ability to manage projects independently with great attention to detail
- Good communication and collaboration skills
Education
- No formal degree required. Passion and portfolio matter more than credentials.
