Job Description:
Ienergizer is hiring for the US Collection Process with immediate openings. This is a great opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates interested in international voice processes.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer complaints via calls
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Ensure customer satisfaction with professional support
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken English with fluency
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment
- Minimum 6 months experience in international voice process preferred
- Fresh graduates with excellent English communication can also apply
- Open to both male and female candidates
Work Details:
- Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 CTC
- 5 days working
- Rotational shifts
- Location: Noida (A-37, Gate No. 2, Sector-60)
- No cab and meal facilities
