Job Description:
Connect Business Solutions is hiring freshers for the Banking Voice Process for Kotak 811. This is a work-from-office role based in Thane with day shifts and rotational weekly offs. Candidates with HSC or graduation qualifications can apply.

- Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls
