Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via voice and/or chat in an international process.
- Maintain excellent communication and provide high-quality service.
- Work in rotational shifts including night shifts.

- Education: Undergraduate/Graduate (Any stream)
- Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Willingness to work in 24×7 rotational shifts
- Strong customer handling skills
