Salary and Benefits:
- Diploma Salary (8 Hours): ₹15,300 + ₹700 + ₹600 = ₹16,600
- ITI Salary (8 Hours): ₹14,500 + ₹700 + ₹600 = ₹15,800
- Overtime Pay: ₹105 per hour
