Job Description:
Amazon India Development Center (AIDC) is looking for a dynamic, self-starter to join our MHLS (MyHR Live Support) team as an MHLS Advisor. This is a work from home position for a 12-month contract with Amazon payroll, providing HR services globally within multiple languages, supporting employees in a 24/7 environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from Amazon employees regarding HR queries.
- Log contacts into the shared service case management system and resolve issues.
- Respond to inquiries on policies and programs, including benefits, payroll deductions, and attendance.
- Follow defined processes to meet set quality standards and ensure compliance.
- Use critical thinking and discretion to resolve queries, balancing process adherence and employee needs.
- Maintain integrity and data privacy in all interactions.
- Work on Ticketing systems to resolve queries.
Basic Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree.
- 0-10 years of experience in an international voice process.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 support environment including night shifts.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and professional email writing.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HR help desk or HR shared services.
- Familiarity with PeoplePortal is desirable.
Work Environment:
- Shifts: Rotational, 24/7 support (shifts change every 3-4 months).
- Weekly Off: Rotational two consecutive days off (may change every 3-4 months).
- Locations Available: Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Punjab, Rajasthan, Kerala, West Bengal.

- Contract position with limited VCC locations.
