Job Details:

• Position: Helper (Assembly & Production Departments)
• Work Type: Wire Harness Manufacturing (Light work)
• Working Hours: 8 hours per day + 4 hours of Overtime
• Shifts: Day & Night Shifts (2 shifts)
• Weekly Off: Sunday
• Overtime Rate: ₹106 per hour (Approx. 3.5 hours of overtime per day)
• Salary Package:
  • For 10th, 12th, Graduate: ₹21,904 + ₹1,000 Attendance Award
  • For ITI: ₹22,800 + ₹1,000 Attendance Award
  • Total Salary (with overtime): ₹23,800+
