What is SSC MTS 2024? The SSC MTS, or Staff Selection Commission-Multi Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff Examination, is a national-level exam organized by SSC to recruit candidates for General Central Service Group-C non-gazetted, non-ministerial positions across various ministries, departments, and offices under the Government of India.
Scheme of Examination:
- The examination will include a Computer-Based Test (CBT) and a Physical Efficiency Test (PET)/Physical Standard Test (PST) for the Havaldar post only.
- The Computer-Based Test will be available in Hindi, English, and 13 regional languages: Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Konkani, Malayalam, Manipuri, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu (Annexure-XV).
- The Computer-Based Test will be conducted in two mandatory sessions, Session-I and Session-II. Failure to attend either session will lead to disqualification.
- The examination schedule provided in the notice is tentative, and any changes will be communicated to candidates via the Commission’s official website.
- Re-evaluation or re-checking of scores is not allowed, and no correspondence regarding this matter will be entertained.
