Job Description:
Ufony Services is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Technical/Customer Support Associate to join their team. The role involves providing excellent customer support for schools, offering hands-on technical assistance, and conducting client training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt customer support via email and phone.
- Make outbound calls and follow-up emails for customer queries.
- Visit client schools for on-site technical troubleshooting.
- Conduct training sessions for clients to effectively use the product.
- Maintain documentation of client issues and resolutions.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate or Postgraduate (any discipline)
- Age: 18–25 years
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (written and verbal)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Good documentation and presentation abilities
- Basic technical knowledge with problem-solving skills
- Own a personal laptop
- Open to both male and female candidates
