Job Description:

Ufony Services is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Technical/Customer Support Associate to join their team. The role involves providing excellent customer support for schools, offering hands-on technical assistance, and conducting client training sessions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt customer support via email and phone.
  • Make outbound calls and follow-up emails for customer queries.
  • Visit client schools for on-site technical troubleshooting.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients to effectively use the product.
  • Maintain documentation of client issues and resolutions.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate (any discipline)
  • Age: 18–25 years
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (written and verbal)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Good documentation and presentation abilities
  • Basic technical knowledge with problem-solving skills
  • Own a personal laptop
  • Open to both male and female candidates
