Job Description
HDB Financial Services is hiring Telecallers for loan follow-up and customer coordination in Chandni Chowk, Kolkata. This role is suitable for 12th pass Bengali-speaking candidates with good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make follow-up calls to existing/approved customers
- Explain loan products and convince customers to avail loans
- Maintain records of conversations and outcomes
- Coordinate with internal teams when necessary
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
- Language: Bengali (mandatory)
- Gender: Both Male & Female candidates can apply
- Communication: Should be smart, presentable, and confident in speaking
Work Details
- Work Days: Monday to Saturday
- Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday
