Job Description
Call 2 Connect is hiring Marathi & Hindi-speaking Telecallers for voice-based customer service roles. This is an excellent opportunity for 12th pass freshers looking to build a career in the BPO industry.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Resolve customer queries and provide product/service information
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude
- Follow communication procedures and guidelines
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: 12th pass (HSC), undergraduate, or graduate
- Experience: Freshers welcome
- Languages Required: Marathi & Hindi (Average English preferred)
- Shift Timing: Day Shift
- Location: Near New Viva College, Virar West, Mumbai
