Job Description:
Compunnel is looking for an experienced Trainer (Learning and Development) to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful training programs, workshops, and seminars. The position requires strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively address client needs and deliver high-quality training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs and workshops tailored to client needs.
- Conduct needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Develop training content and collaborate with internal teams to create effective resources.
- Deliver engaging training sessions, both on-site and virtually.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance training content.
- Manage performance and offer strategic recommendations and solutions.
- Flexible to travel to other locations as required.
- Ensure the training programs meet the organization’s objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- UG: Any Graduate
- Experience: 1 – 4 years in Learning and Development or Corporate Training
