Job Summary

FRND is hiring Customer Support Associates to join our Trust & Safety team. This role focuses on user research and ensuring a safe, ethical platform experience. Ideal for freshers with strong communication and investigative skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate user activity to detect fraud, policy violations, or unethical behavior
  • Document findings with clear, detailed reports
  • Collaborate with support, legal, and internal compliance teams
  • Ensure research meets all company and regulatory compliance standards
  • Enhance and improve internal research and analysis tools

Additional Duties

1. User Re-engagement (Whale Resurrection):

  • Conduct follow-ups with high-value users
  • Reactivate inactive users and drive platform engagement

2. Campaign Communication:

  • Inform users about current offers and campaigns
  • Track performance and redemption of shared codes
  • Work closely with the marketing team for targeted campaigns

3. Grievance Resolution:

  • Handle escalated support cases for priority users
  • Ensure timely and empathetic resolution
  • Foster long-term relationships with key user segments

Candidate Requirements

  • Fluency in Hindi, Tamil, or Malayalam (at least one)
  • Understanding of social media platforms and online user behavior
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Awareness of Indian digital culture and trends
  • Team player with attention to detail
  • Experience in customer service, BPO, sales, or similar domains is a plus
