About the Role
The Social Journey is seeking a Website Management Intern to assist in managing, maintaining, and updating website content. This role involves troubleshooting minor technical issues, optimizing website performance, and ensuring a smooth and engaging user experience. The intern will work closely with the marketing and design teams to support ongoing web projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and manage website content across platforms such as WordPress and Shopify
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues on the website
- Optimize website speed, performance, and usability
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams for content implementation
- Support SEO efforts and enhance user experience
Candidate Requirements
- Basic knowledge of website management tools such as WordPress, Shopify, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and SEO is an advantage
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Currently pursuing or completed any graduate or postgraduate degree
