Duty Schedule
- Working Hours: 9 Hours + Overtime Available
- Working Days: 26 Days / Month
- Weekly Off: Sunday
- Shift Timing:
- Shift A: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Shift B: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Shift C: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Salary Structure
- Basic Salary (9 Hours): Rs. 13,500 (In-hand)
- Attendance Bonus: Rs. 1,000 (Monthly)
- Performance Incentive: Rs. 2,000 to Rs. 6,000
- Total Estimated Salary: Rs. 15,500 to Rs. 20,000 per month (including incentives)
