Salary Package:
- 12th Pass: ₹13,965/- CTC (8 hrs) + OT (₹105/hour, ~105 hours/month)
- ITI/Graduate: ₹14,603/- CTC (8 hrs) + OT (~108 hours/month)
- Experienced ITI Electricians (2-3 Years): ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 In-Hand (8 hrs)
