Salary Package:
- Diploma (8 Hours): ₹15,300 + ₹700 Attendance + ₹600 Incentive = ₹16,600
- ITI (8 Hours): ₹14,500 + ₹700 Attendance + ₹600 Incentive = ₹15,800
- Overtime: ₹105 per hour
- Annual Salary Increment: Per year salary increase based on performance
